I&J Golden Smackeroos Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

2 red peppers
125 ml cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
100 ml mayonnaise
Pinch of salt and black pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 0C.
  2. Seed and chop the red peppers and place on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the peppers are soft and slightly charred.
  4. Place the peppers and remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve as a delicious dip for Lemon Pepper Smackeroos.

Makes ± 250 ml sufficient for 60 -70 Smackeroos
