Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

4 I&J Saucy

Secrets Tangy Cheese cooked according to the preparation guide
Dill & Wholegrain Mustard Potato Salad
400 g potatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
1 finely chopped small onion


Dressing
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
100 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to season

Preparation method:

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes, or until soft. Add the eggs for the last 10 minutes
  2. Remove from the heat, drain and cool
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut them into 2cm chunks and place in a bowl
  4. Peel the eggs and chop coarsely.  Add the egg, dill, and onion to the potatoes
  5. To make the dressing, whisk together the egg yolk, lemon juice and mustard. Pour the olive oil into this mixture in a light steady stream while still whisking
  6. Combine the dressing and potatoes and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Serve with the I&J Saucy Secrets Tangy Cheese portions
