Serving Suggestion
Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
4 portions Deep Water Hake Prime Steaks
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons green curry paste(1 tablespoon for mild)
11/2 cans lite coconut milk(available at most large retailers)
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon cornflour
Pinch of salt and white pepper
Preparation method:
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the curry paste and 1/2 can coconut milk
- Allow to simmer until reduced
- Add the remaining ingredients and allow to cook until thickened. Set aside
- Cook the Hake Prime Steaks from frozen according to preparation guide. Once cooked, serve immediately with the curry sauce and Thai rice. Garnish with chopped spring onions
