Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
4 Deep Water Hake Prime Fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sauce:
1 cup honey
100 ml soya sauce
100 ml Teriyaki sauce(available at most large retailers)
5 cm peeled and finely chopped ginger
Preparation method:
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute the Hake Prime Fillets from frozen for 2 minutes
- Add the sauce and continue cooking over a gentle heat until the fish is cooked through, about 10 - 12 minutes
- Serve immediately with remaining sauce poured over the fish.
