Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
6 portions Light & Crispy Garlic & Parsley
6 baby gem squash
10 courgettes, cut into 1 cm chunks
10 patty pans, cut into quarters
50 g margarine
50 ml olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 small orange
1 finely chopped clove garlic
5 ml white sugar
Salt and pepper to season
Preparation method:
- Steam the vegetables together in a large pot with a little water
- Once cooked, drain off the water
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and allow the margarine to melt onto the vegetables
- Stir gently, allowing all the ingredients to mix well. Serve with the Light & Crispy Garlic & Parsley portions cooked according to the preparation guide
