Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

200 ml tangy mayonnaise
50 ml tomato sauce
1 seeded and finely chopped red chilli
5 ml cayenne pepper
1 finely chopped garlic clove
5 ml lemon zest

Preparation method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and allow to stand so that the flavours can infuse
  2. Serve with Coated Calamari Rings
