Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
450g I&J Crispy n Tender Chicken Classic – cooked
4 medium potatoes – unpeeled
4 garlic cloves – peeled and quartered
30ml (2 tablespoons) oil
10ml (2 teaspoons) paprika
5ml (1 teaspoon) dried mixed herbs
1 – 2ml (less than 0.5 teaspoon) cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Red pepper strips and fresh coriander leaves (dhania) to serve
Preparation method:
- Cut potatoes into thin wedges.
- Arrange in a single layer in an oven-proof dish, together with garlic cloves.
- Combine oil, paprika, herbs and cayenne pepper and mix well with potatoes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 30 – 35 minutes, turning often.
- Add salt to taste. Serve with I&J Crispy n Tender Chicken Classic, red pepper strips and fresh coriander leaves. If preferred, serve with a dip mad eof yoghurt mixed with either mashed avocado pear or chopped olives (serves 4 – 5).
