Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

4 I&J Saucy Secrets Cordon Bleu cooked according to the preparation guide
Couscous Salad
200 g couscous
4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons mint
6 finely sliced spring onions
2 finely chopped tomatoes
2 finely chopped large garlic cloves
80 ml lemon juice
75 ml olive oil
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to season

Preparation method:

  1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions
  2. Finely chop the parsley and mint, and combine in a large bowl with the couscous, spring onion and chopped tomato
  3. Mix the garlic, lemon juice and garlic together in a small jug. Add the olive oil and whisk until well combined. Toss the dressing over the salad. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Serve with the I&J Saucy Secrets Cordon Bleu portions
