I&J Beefers with Mushroom Sauce

Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

10 Beefers cooked according to the preparation guide

Mushroom sauce

30g butter
350g halved small button mushrooms
2 tablespoons white wime
0.5 cup chicken soup
0.5cup cream
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons cornflour

Preparation method:

  1. Method – Melt the butter over moderate heat and add the mkushrooms. Stir for 5 minutes, until mushrooms are soft and golden.
  2. Add the wine, stock, cream and garlic and bring to the boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens slightly. To thicken sauce further, add 2 teaspoons cornfolour dissolved in a little water and stir. Stir in chives and serve immediately.
