Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

350g baby leeks.
10ml olive oil.
15ml white wine vinegar.
Pinch salt, pepper and sugar to season.
2 teaspoons sesame seeds.

Preparation method:

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the leeks on a roasting tray and drizzle over the oil, vinegar and season.
  3. lastly, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and roast for 25 – 30 minutes or until cooked and golden at the edges.
