Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
6 Flame Grills Honey and Mustard cooked according to the preparation guide
Mustard Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
30 ml white wine vinegar
1 crushed garlic clove
Zest of one lemon
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
70 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to season
Preparation method:
- Boil the potatoes until cooked
- To make the vinaigrette, whisk together all ingredients, except the olive oil
- Continue whisking while adding the oil in a thin, steady stream to form medium-thick vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper
- Drizzle the dressing over the hot potatoes and serve with the Flame Grills Honey and Mustard portions.
