Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

400 g Flame Grills Olive Oil and Rosemary, cooked according to the preparation guide
6 grated potatoes
1 finely crushed garlic clove
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon melted margarine
5 ml finely chopped rosemary
Salt and pepper to season
Oil for frying

Preparation method:

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients together for the rosti and form into 4 flat cakes
  2. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the rosti until crispy and golden brown on each side
  3. Serve hot with roasted vine tomatoes or a side salad and Flame Grills Olive Oil and Rosemary
  4. Lime & Mild Chilli variant
