Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

400g (4 portions) Flame Grills Tangy Apricot cooked according to
preperation guide
30 ml oil
1 finely chopped onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 diced red pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
2 cups cooked rice
30 ml soya sauce
juice and zest of 1 lime or lemon

Preparation method:

1. Heat the oil in a wok until hot and add the onion. Fry until golden brown and add the garlic.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry until heated through.
3. serve with extra chopped extra chopped coriander, lime wedges and Flame Grills Tangy Apricot portions.
