Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

4 beetroots, peeled and quatered
40 g watercress
2 discs feta cheese, cubed
30 ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
2 portions I&J Garlic and Parsley Fish Bakes

Preparation method:

1. Boil the beetroot chunks in a saucepan until they are soft, drain and transfer into a bowl.
2. Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
3. Serve with I&J Garlic and Parsley Fish Bakes.
