Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
6 portions Light & Crispy Classic
8 large potatoes, cut into 4 wedges each
1 head of garlic, broken into cloves
20 g fresh rosemary
160 ml olive oil
Salt and black pepper to season
Preparation method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC
- Place the potato wedges skin side down on the baking tray and drizzle half the olive oil over them
- Roast for 30 minutes and then add the garlic, rosemary and remaining olive oil and season well with salt and pepper
- Continue cooking for a further 20 – 25 minutes. The potatoes should be golden brown and the garlic softened
- Serve with the Light & Crispy Classic portions cooked according to the preparation guide.
Served with roasted garlic & rosemary potato wedges
