Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

6 portions Light & Crispy Classic
8 large potatoes, cut into 4 wedges each
1 head of garlic, broken into cloves
20 g fresh rosemary
160 ml olive oil
Salt and black pepper to season

Preparation method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC
  2. Place the potato wedges skin side down on the baking tray and drizzle half the olive oil over them
  3. Roast for 30 minutes and then add the garlic, rosemary and remaining olive oil and season well with salt and pepper
  4. Continue cooking for a further 20 – 25 minutes. The potatoes should be golden brown and the garlic softened
  5. Serve with the Light & Crispy Classic portions cooked according to the preparation guide.

Served with roasted garlic & rosemary potato wedges
