Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
6 portions of Light & Crispy Multigrain Lime & Coriander
1 red pepper, cut into pieces.
1 green pepper, cut into pieces.
1 yellow pepper, cut into pieces.
10 courgetts, cut into chunks.
1 ½ small butternut, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes.
Salt and pepper, to season.
Preparation method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Place all the prepared vegetables on a baking sheet and evenly sprinkle over the balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar and olive oil.
- Bake for + / - 45 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and glazed.
