Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients:
500 g (6 portions) Saucy Secrets Spinach and Feta , cooked according to the preparation guide
9 halved baby potatoes
9 topped and tailed baby carrots
9 halved baby turnips
9 baby leeks, cut into 4cm pieces
70 g melted butter
1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
5 ml sugar
Salt and pepper to season
Freshly chopped parsley to serve
Preparation method:
- Heat the oven to 200C.
- Place the vegetables onto a baking sheet and pour the melted butter, chilli flakes and sugar over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until the vegetables are slightly charred around the edges and soft when tested.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot as an accompaniment to Saucy Secrets Spinach & Feta
