Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients:

500g I&J Deep Water Hake Prime Fillets.
50g butter.
Juice of 2 lemons.
Salt and Pepper.
½ cucumber, finely sliced lengthwise.
60g spring onion, finely sliced.
30g green lettuice.
½ green pepper, sliced.

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the I&J Prime Fillets as per the back of pack instructions.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave and add the lemon juice and seasoning.
  3. Prepare the salad ingredients and toss together.
  4. Serve the Prime Fillets with a generous amount of the lemon butter sauce and a side portion of crisp green salad.
