I&J GARLIC & PARSLEY FISH BAKES WITH BEETROOT, WATERCRESS & FETA SALAD

SERVING SUGGESTION
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
You'll need the following Ingredients:
4 beetroots, peeled and quatered
40 g watercress
2 discs feta cheese, cubed
30 ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
2 portions I&J Garlic and Parsley Fish Bakes

Preparation method:

1. Boil the beetroot chunks in a saucepan until they are soft, drain and transfer into a bowl.
2. Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
3. Serve with I&J Garlic and Parsley Fish Bakes.

I&J LEMON FISH BAKES WITH TOMATO & AVOCADO SALAD WITH BASIL DRESSING

SERVING SUGGESTION
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
You'll need the following Ingredients:
8 basil leaves, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp brown spirit vinegar
1 tsp honey
½ tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1 small lemon
2 portions of I&J Lemon Fish Bakes

Preparation method:

1. Place tomatoes and avocado in a bowl and mix together.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.
3. Pour the dressing over the prepared tomatoes and avocado and allow to stand for 5 minutes to infuse flavours.
4. Serve with I&J Lemon Fish Bakes.
