American 1000 Island Dip

Best served with I&J Fish Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 x 600 g pack I&J Fish Fingers
  • 100 ml plain smooth creamed cottage cheese
  • 30 ml tomato sauce
  • 15 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 ml white sugar
  • 1 ml paprika
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • milled black pepper

Method

  • Cook the I&J Fish Fingers as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Insert a skewer into each fish finger for easy eating.
  • To make the dip: mix the creamed cottage cheese, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, sugar and paprika together. Season with cayenne pepper and black pepper.
  • Serve the dip with the I&J Fish Fingers.
