I&J Chicken Cheese Burgers with Chunky Gherkin Mayonnaise

  • 400 g pack I&J Chicken Cheese Burgers
  • Mayonnaise
  • Gherkins, coarsely chopped
  • Bread rolls, halved
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Red onion, cut into rings


  • Cook the frozen I&J Chicken Cheese Burgers as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Combine the mayonnaise with the chopped gherkins and spread generously on the bread rolls.
  • Add the butter lettuce, tomato and Chicken Cheese Burgers. Top with the red onion rings and more chunky gherkin mayonnaise.
