Fish Finger Pitas

Ingredients

  • 1 x 600 g pack I&J Original Fish Fingers
  • 3 pita breads
  • mayonnaise
  • butter lettuce leaves
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced cucumber
  • a handful of rocket leaves

Method

  • Pan-fry the frozen I&J Original Fish Fingers in a little pre-heated oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn frequently.
  • Heat the pita breads. Cut in half.
  • Spread the inside of the pita breads with mayonnaise. Fill with the lettuce, I&J Original Fish Fingers, tomato and cucumber.
