French Tartare Dip

Best served with I&J Golden Smackeroos

Ingredients

  • 400 g I&J Golden Smackeroos
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 30 ml finely chopped gherkins
  • 20 ml finely chopped red onion
  • 5 ml freshly chopped dill
  • milled black pepper

Method

  • Cook the I&J Golden Smackeroos as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Thread onto skewers.
  • To make the Tartare dip: Combine the mayonnaise, gherkins, red onion and fill in a small bowl. Season with black pepper.
  • Serve the dip with I&J Golden Smackeroos.
