I&J Hake in Sauce Pasta

  • 1 x 200 g pack I&J Hake in Sauce
  • Cooked pasta (use your preferred pasta)
  • Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
  • Fresh thyme leaves and a few extra sprigs of thyme to garnish


  • Cook the frozen I&J Hake in Sauce as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Spoon the pasta into a serving dish. Stir the sautéed mushrooms and thyme leaves into the pasta.
  • Open the pouch of Hake in Sauce onto a plate. Using two forks, break the Hake into smaller pieces. Spoon the Hake and the cheese sauce over the pasta. Garnish with sprigs of thyme.

Serving suggestion

Serve with Parmesan shavings.
