I&J Fish Fingers Pie

Makes 4 wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400 g pack I&J Original Fish Fingers
  • potatoes, boiled
  • freshly chopped parsley
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  • Cook the I&J Original Fish Fingers as per the cooking instructions on the pack. Arrange in an ovenproof dish.
  • Mash the potatoes with a splash of milk and a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley. Cover the Fish Fingers with the mash. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Place under a pre-heated grill until the cheese has melted.
