Indonesian Satay Dip

Best served with I&J Fish Bite & DELIGHT

Ingredients

  • 1 x 500 g pack I&J Fish Bite & DELIGHT
  • mango, cubed
  • mini cucumbers, thickly sliced
  • 50 ml crunchy peanut butter
  • 40 ml sunflower oil
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml chopped salted peanuts
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 10 ml grated fresh ginger root
  • finely chopped red chilli to taste

Method

  • Cook the I&J Fish Bite & DELIGHT as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Thread onto skewers, together with the mango and cucumbers.
  • To make the dip: Mix the peanut butter, sunflower oil, lemon juice, peanuts, soy sauce, ginger and chilli together very well until glossy.
  • Serve the dip with the I&J Fish Bite & DELIGHT.
