Japanese Wasabi Mayo Dip

Best served with I&J Golden Smackeroos

Ingredients

  • 400 g I&J Golden Smackeroos
  • mango, cubed
  • sugarsnap peas
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 5 ml wasabi paste

Method

  • Cook the I&J Golden Smackeroos as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Thread onto skewers, together with the mango and sugarsnap peas.
  • To make the dip: Mix the mayonnaise and the wasabi paste together very well.
  • Serve the dip with the I&J Golden Smackeroos.
