Light & Crispy Salad Jar

Ingredients

  • 2 I&J Light & Crispy Lemon flavour
  • 60 ml green pesto
  • 125 ml cubed Mozzarella cheese
  • 250 ml rosa tomatoes
  • 125 ml shredded spinach leaves
  • 125 ml shredded basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Place the frozen I&J Light & Crispy portions on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220ºC for 20 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
  • Allow the portions to cool completely. Cut into strips.
  • Spoon the pesto into a glass jar. Layer the Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, spinach and basil, ending with the I&J Light & Crispy.
