I&J Light & Crispy with Baby Marrow Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 x 500 g pack I&J Light & Crispy Classic
  • baby marrows, sliced and red pepper, cut into strips
  • salad leaves
  • red cabbage, shredded and radishes, sliced

Method

  • Bake the I&J Light & Crispy portions as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Pan-fry the baby marrows in a little olive oil. Also pan-fry the red pepper in a little olive oil.
  • Make a salad with the salad leaves, baby marrows, red pepper, red cabbage and radishes.

Serving suggestion

Serve with a vinaigrette-style salad dressing.
