Mexican Cream Cheese & Sweet Chilli Dip

Best served with I&J Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 400 g I&J Chicken Nuggets
  • baby corn, roasted or grilled
  • red pepper pieces, roasted or grilled
  • 125 ml cream cheese
  • 5 ml lime or lemon juice
  • 5 ml finely grated lime or lemon zest
  • 30 ml sweet chilli sauce
  • lime or lemon wedges

Method

  • Cook the I&J Chicken Nuggets as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Thread onto skewers, together with the baby corn and red peppers.
  • To make the dip: combine the cream cheese, lime or lemon juice, and zest. Place into a small shallow bowl. Spoon the sweet chilli sauce on top.
  • Serve the dip with the I&J Chicken Nuggets and lime or lemon wedges.
