South African Cheddar & Chutney Dip

Best served with I&J Golden Chickeroos

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400 g pack I&J Golden Chickeroos
  • gherkins, thinly sliced
  • 100 ml plain smooth creamed cottage cheese
  • 100 ml coarsely grated Cheddar cheese
  • 30 ml chutney
  • 30 ml chopped salad onions

Method

  • Cook the I&J Golden Chickeroos as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Thread onto skewers, together with the gherkins.
  • To make the dip: mix the creamed cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, chutney and salad onions together.
  • Serve the dip with the I&J Golden Chickeroos.
