
You'll need the following Ingredients
10 Beefers cooked according to the preparation guide
Mushroom sauce
30g butter
350g halved small button mushrooms
2 tablespoons white wime
0.5 cup chicken soup
0.5cup cream
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons cornflour
Preparation Method:
Oven Bake
Place burgers on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for approximately 11 minutes. Turn after 6 minutes
Grill
Brush both sides of burgers with oil. Grill on high for approximately 6 minutes, turning once.
Pan-Fry
In a little oil over high heat for 1 – 2 minutes to seal the burger (turn burgers after 1 minute), thereafter on a moderate – high heat for approximately 4 minutes, turning occasionally.
Deep-Fry
At moderate heat (180 degrees Celcius) for 1.5 – 2 minutes.
