
You'll need the following Ingredients
450g I&J Crispy n Tender Chicken Classic – cooked
4 medium potatoes – unpeeled
4 garlic cloves – peeled and quartered
30ml (2 tablespoons) oil
10ml (2 teaspoons) paprika
5ml (1 teaspoon) dried mixed herbs
1 – 2ml (less than 0.5 teaspoon) cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Red pepper strips and fresh coriander leaves (dhania) to serve
Preparation Method:
Bake:
Place chicken portions on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree celcius for 20 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
Pan-Fry:
In a little preheated oil, over moderate heat for approximately 10 – 12 minutes. Turn frequently
Deep-Fry:
At 180 degrees celcius for approximately 5 minutes
