
You'll need the following Ingredients
450g I&J Crispy n Tender Lemon Black Pepper – cooked
60ml (1/4 cup) flaked almonds or whole blanched almonds
30ml ?(2 tablespoons) oil
1 medium onion – thinly sliced
15ml (1 tablespoon) freshly crushed garlic
10ml (2 teaspoons) finely sliced root ginger
500ml (2 cups) cooked rice
30ml (2 tablespoons) apricot jam
10ml (2 teaspoons) soy sauce
Thinly sliced red pepper to garnish

Preparation Method:
Bake:
Place chicken portions on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree celcius for 20 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
Pan-Fry:
In a little preheated oil, over moderate heat for approximately 10 – 12 minutes. Turn frequently
Deep-Fry:
At 180 degrees celcius for approximately 5 minutes
