350g baby leeks.
10ml olive oil.
15ml white wine vinegar.
Pinch salt, pepper and sugar to season.
2 teaspoons sesame seeds.

This product is specially created for ovenbaking. For best results ovenbake only.
BAKE:
Preheat oven to 220°C. Place portions on a lightly greased baking tray and bake for 15 minutes in top half of the oven. Turn portions over and bake for a further 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
