I&J FGB Burger Barbeque Sauce

I&J FGB Burger Barbeque Sauce

Served on toasted ciabatta with fresh rocket, tomato, spring onions and topped with a barbeque sauce.  Enjoy with crispy potato wedges sprinkled with paprika

Serves: 3-6

Preparation Instructions

You'll need the following Ingredients

6 I&J FGB’s cooked according to the preparation guide
Barbeque Sauce
2 teaspoons oil
1 finely chopped small onion
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
80 ml tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a small pan and cook the onion over a low heat for 3 minutes, or until soft, stirring occasionally
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Serve over the flame grilled burgers with crispy potato wedges

Product Preparation Guide

Pan-Fry
In a little oil over moderate heat for approximately 7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill
For approximately 8 minutes, turning occasionally
