For best results cook directly from frozen. All appliances vary in performance. The following instructions are a guide only.
Microwave:
Prick one side of pouch several times. Place pouch in a suitable container with holes facing up.
650Watt Oven:
Microwave on DEFROST for 4-5 minutes, then on MEDIUM for 5-6 minutes.
900Watt Oven: Microwave on DEFROST for 2-3 minutes, then on HIGH for 3-4 minutes.
Cut open and serve.
BOIL:
Place pouch in enough boiling water to cover it. Bring water back to the boil. Boil for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT COVER POT COMPLETELY. Lift pouch out with fork. Shake pouch, cut it open and serve.
