
You'll need the following Ingredients
6 Flame Grills Honey and Mustard cooked according to the preparation guide
Mustard Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
30 ml white wine vinegar
1 crushed garlic clove
Zest of one lemon
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
70 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to season
Preparation Method:
Oven-Bake:
Place chicken portions in an oven proof dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 – 25 minutes
Grill:
Place chicken portions in an oven proof dish and grill for 8 – 10 minutes.
Microwave:
P place 2 portions in a suitable microwavable container and add 15ml water to the base of the container. Do not cover the container. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, then on 50% power for 4.5 minutes.
Braai:
Place the chicken portions with coated side facing up in foil. Wrap the foil around the portions so that it forms a pocket. Place the foil packet on the grid above the hot coals and braai for 20 – 25 minutes. Do not turn the portions.
