
You'll need the following Ingredients
400 g Flame Grills Garlic and Lemon Pepper cooked according to the preparation guide
400 g cooked tagliatelle
100 g fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
50 ml olive oil
50 ml sunflower oil
50 g ground almonds
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Method:
Remove all packaging. Cook directly from frozen. All appliances vary in performance. The following instructions are a guide only.
Bake:
Place Flame Grill portions in an oven-proof dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Grill:
Place Flame Grill portions in an oven-proof dish and grill for 17-20 minutes.
Pan-Fry:
In a little pre-heated oil over moderate heat for approximately 10-12 minutes with the lid on. Do not turn the portions.
Microwave:
Place 2 portions in a suitable microwaveable container. Do not cover the container.
650Watt Oven: Microwave on 50% power for 4 minutes, then on HIGH (100% power) for 3 minutes.
900Watt Oven: Microwave on 50% power for 3 minutes, then on HIGH (100% power) for 2 minutes.
