4 chopped large Roma tomatoes with pips removed
1 chopped red onion
1 de-seeded, finely chopped green chili
3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1-2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and black pepper to season
