
You'll need the following Ingredients
1 I&J Homestyle Ostrich Burger patty, cooked according to preparation guide
60 ml (¼ cup) finely shredded red cabbage
5 ml (1 tsp) raisins
2,5 ml (½ tsp) low oil mayonnaise
1 wholewheat bread roll, halved, thinly spread with soft margarine
salad greens e.g. rocket, watercress, baby spinach leaves
1 tomato slice
a sprig of fresh mint to garnish
Garlic Yoghurt Sauce:
10 ml (2 tsp) plain fat free or low fat yoghurt
1 ml (¼ tsp) freshly crushed garlic
salt and milled blacked pepper to taste

Preparation method:
1. Combine cabbage, raisins and mayonnaise to make a coleslaw.
2. Assemble burger in the following order: bottom half of bread roll, greens, coleslaw, burger patty and then tomato.
3. Combine ingredients for Garlic Yoghurt Sauce and spoon on top of tomato.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
5. Serve top half of bread roll on the side.
Pan-Fry:
in a little oil over moderate heat for approximately 11 – 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
