


You'll need the following Ingredients
6 I&J Homestyle Light burgers cooked according to the preparation guide
Light Lemon Vinaigrette
½ finely chopped small onion
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon finely chopped basil
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
100 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to season
Preparation Method:
Pan-Fry
spray a frying pan lightly with non-stick spray and seal burgers on high heat for 2 minutes on both sides. Turn heat down to moderate heat and cover with a lid and cook for another 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Bake
on a lightly greased baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes and turn after 10 minutes.
Grill
on a lightly greased baking tray for 10 – 12 minutes, turning after 6 minutes.
Braai
place on a grid above the hot coals and braai for approximately 8 – 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
