4 I&J Saucy Secrets Cordon Bleu cooked according to the preparation guide
Couscous Salad
200 g couscous
4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons mint
6 finely sliced spring onions
2 finely chopped tomatoes
2 finely chopped large garlic cloves
80 ml lemon juice
75 ml olive oil
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to season
Preparation Method:
Oven-Bake:
Place chicken portions in a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 20 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
Pan-Fry:
In a little preheated oil over low to moderate heat for approximately 15 minutes. Turn frequently.
