I&J Select Seafood Coated Calamari Rings served with a Mild Peri-Peri Mayonnaise
Preparation Instructions
You'll need the following Ingredients
200 ml tangy mayonnaise
50 ml tomato sauce
1 seeded and finely chopped red chilli
5 ml cayenne pepper
1 finely chopped garlic clove
5 ml lemon zest
Preparation Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and allow to stand so that the flavours can infuse
- Serve with Coated Calamari Rings
