You'll need the following Ingredients
250g spaghetti.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
2 chilies, deseeded and finely chopped.
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced.
1 teaspoon coriander, finely chopped.
Juice and rind of 1 lemon.
Salt and pepper, for seasoning.
Preparation Method:
For best results cook directly from frozen. All appliances vary in performance. The following instructions are a guide only.
I&J Steam fresh products should be microwaved in the bag straight from frozen
Microwave:
Place one or two bags of frozen I&J Steam Fresh fish portions, vent side up, on microwave turn table. DO NOT PIERCE THE BAG.
Cook for the required time (see table). Please note that the bag will inflate and make a whistling sound. Allow 1 minute standing time in the microwave.
Open bag carefully using scissors and serve immediately. For best taste, ensure that the fish is steaming hot before serving.
WARNING: Take care to avoid steam when handling the bag as it is hot.

PLEASE NOTE:

Bake:
Remove all packaging. Place fish portions in an ovenable dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 35 minutes.
