FISH FINGER BURGERS IN AN ENGLISH MUFFIN
SHORT DESCRIPTION
Use a toasted English Muffin instead of a bun for a fish burger with a difference!

INGREDIENTS
5 I&J Fish Fingers
1 English muffin
4 crisp lettuce leaves
2 Tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
3 baby carrots, peeled
1 apple
METHOD

Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place Fish Fingers on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for approximately 11 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Slice English muffin in half and toast for about 2 minutes. Spread muffin halves with mayonnaise.
