Breakfast Fish Cakes

Serves 3


  • 1 x 300 g pack I&J Fish Cakes
  • rosa or cherry tomatoes


  • Cook the I&J Fish Cakes as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Pour a little olive oil into an ovenproof dish. Add the tomatoes and shake to cover with the oil. Place under a pre-heated grill just until the tomato skins start to burst.

Serving suggestion 

Serve on baby spinach leaves, together with a poached egg and a grilled polenta triangle.
