I&J Fish Cakes with Carrot Noodles

Makes 6 wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 x 600 g pack I&J Fish Cakes
  • carrot noodles (or julienne carrots)
  • cumin seeds
  • honey
  • lime juice

Method

  • Cook the I&J Fish Cakes as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Heat a splash of olive oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the carrot noodles and a few cumin seeds. Stir-fry over high heat for 1 − 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add a drizzle of honey and a squeeze of lime juice. Season with salt.

Serving suggestion

Serve with mayonnaise and lime wedges.
