I&J Fish Fingers with Green Pea Mash

Makes 4 wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400 g pack I&J Original Fish Fingers
  • potatoes, boiled
  • green peas, cooked

Method

  • Cook the I&J Original Fish Fingers as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Coarsely mash the potatoes and green peas together with a splash of milk and a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestion

Serve with cherry or rosa tomatoes and tomato sauce.
