Italian Pesto Dip

Best served with I&J Golden Smackeroos

Ingredients

  • 400 g I&J Golden Smackeroos
  • small Mozzarella balls (Bocconcini), halved
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • basil leaves
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 60 ml pesto

Method

  • Cook the I&J Golden Smackeroos as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Thread onto skewers, together with the Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
  • To make the dip: Combine the crème fraîche and pesto.
  • Serve the dip with the I&J Golden Smackeroos.
